Suggest a new cultural heritage tour
In the past, the WNH tours have been very popular because they tell the stories of our ethnic heritage; struggles, triumphs, leaders, etc. WNH is taking a step forward to encourage other members of our community to tell their stories, either by adding new tour possibilities or adding new sites to our existing tours. We welcome suggestions from the community.
Criteria for selection:
A well-defined and specific new 6- to 8-block walkable area of a New Haven neighborhood.
10 to 20 sites full of cultural histories and stories of our ethnic communities.
List of interested volunteers (individuals, families, organizations, businesses, etc.) to help with research, writing, and fundraising.
